The Communication Art & Design open day will take place on 9 December 2008. The programme for the day will be as follows:
| 9.30 am | Coffee and reception of visitors, Communication Art & Design ‘Work in Progress’ exhibition space |
| 10.00 am | Welcome by Professor Dan Fern, Head of the School of Communications and Head of Department, Communication Art & Design. Following the welcome CA&D students are invited to look around the department to view the facilities, on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors of the Stevens Building and staff and students are available to answer individual questions. |
| 11.30 am | Research Presentation. Short presentation on research degrees in Communication Art & Design by Al Rees Performing Arts Lab, 1st floor, Stevens Building. |
| 12.30 pm | Lunch. |
| 2.30 am | Presentation by staff of Communication Art & Design, Lecture Theatre One, Ground Floor Darwin Building. Visitors not attending the presentation are welcome to visit the department studios and other facilities. |
